The course will begin with an introduction to the key concept of globalization in relation to migration in both historical and contemporary perspective. For this will be resumed work of authors such as Tzvetan Todorov, Marshall Mac Luhan, Saskia Sassen, Amartya Sen, Kwahme Appiah-leaving students more freedom to focus one aspect or the other of the issue.
