Course Content
The Course aims at focusing the topic of individuality, body, and communication 1) (Prof. Rignani, first part of the Course) in the perspective of philosophical rethinking put in place by the "Post-humanist constellation", with respect to "Humanist paradigm"; 2) (Prof. Bugliani, second part of the Course) in the perspective of the contemporary world’s excessive pressure upon the Self, and of the communication difficulties since the Self’s uniqueness and authenticity has been legitimated.

Learning Objectives
Knowledge and understanding: to know and know how to rework the topic of individuality, body, and communication 1) in the perspective of the process of philosophical rethinking implemented by the "Post-humanist constellation", with respect to "Humanist paradigm"; 2) in the perspective of the contemporary world’s excessive pressure upon the Self, and of the communication difficulties since the Self’s uniqueness and authenticity has been legitimated.
Applying knowledge and understanding: to apply to contemporary contexts (net-society etc.) the peculiar characters of the topic of individuality, body, and communication 1) in the perspective of philosophical rethinking put into effect by the "Post-humanist constellation" with respect to the "Humanist paradigm"; 2) in the perspective of the contemporary world’s excessive pressure upon the Self, and of the communication difficulties since the Self’s uniqueness and authenticity has been legitimated.
Judgement and decision making: to elaborate a personal critical view of the themes proposed in the Course.
Communication skills: ability to communicate learned contents properly.
Learning skills: to know how to build an autonomous path of study and in-depth study of specific themes addressed in the Course.
Behavior objectives:
-to develop consciousness of the University and Department structures, and to give advice and guidance for student careers
-to stimulate active participation in lessons and a correct and profitable teacher-student relationship
-to stimulate a respectful and shared use of the study resources within the Department and the School.

The examination will take place in oral form; questions will be asked about the reference texts of the Course, concerning the key themes; the assessment will focus on the knowledge and ability to rework the topic of individuality, body, and communication 1) in the perspective of philosophical rethinking implemented by the "Post-humanist constellation" with respect to the "Humanist paradigm", 2) in the perspective of the contemporary world’s excessive pressure upon the Self , and of the communication difficulties since the Self’s uniqueness and authenticity has been legitimated ; on the ability to apply the peculiarities of this topic to contemporary contexts (net-society etc.); on the ability to elaborate a personal critical view of these themes and to initiate autonomous paths of study and in-depth study on them; on the ability to communicate the content learned properly.
