Course program
This Course has three main goals: 1) to clarify the aesthetic basis of the dynamics of understanding and communication; 2) to analyze the notion of the aesthetic facts as a set of experiences, opinions and individual and social practices; 3) to discuss the question of defining the artwork from the opposing positions of the American philosophers Nelson Goodman and Arthur C. Danto.
The relationship of the Course, in its articulation of themes, with the broader context of Theories of Communication is offered by focusing the issue of a new sensus communis aestheticus, starting from the interfaces in context Multi- and Hypermedia, as a way of overcoming the conceptual difference between objects and attitudes.
